10 Things To Gift Your Grad

Yippee!! The start of Summer not only means that the sun is shining and that pools are open… but it also means some of our favorite people just recently graduated from high school or college! And what better way to celebrate them than the perfect gift to make their summer that much brighter.

Gifting is one of our favorite things to do, but we understand that each person is different and not every gift goes for everyone (wouldn’t it be so much easier if that was that case though??)

HOWEVER, since it isn’t let us do what we do best and take the stress off your shoulders and show you some of our favorite gifts for the grads who deserve it most

A special gift for your BFF

A homemade gift is always the best way to go, and a collage they can take off to college to remember their bestie from home is easily our top choice. If you’re in a time crunch or don’t have the artsy gene- @creativejawn makes personalized collages that are too cute not to get for your bestie!

All you’ll need is:

  1. Your favorite photos
  2. A blank canvas
  3. Scissors and modge podge!

The perfect gift from a teacher to a grad

We can’t help but follow the tik tok trend like everyone else (how could you not?) But we stumbled upon this genius idea that’ll make any student come back and visit you:)

And personalize it with their favorite fast food stop near their college campus or a starbucks gift card (because trust me they’ll need it for those 8 ams we all once had)

For the hard to shop for guy:

The World Traveler- one of our personal favorites is a personalized duffle bag. Guys are hard to shop for, but this is something he can get use out of for years to come!

Groovy Guy Gifts has a never ending list of other options, that’ll make your gift one to remember!

The Gift to Honor all the Grad’s Accomplishments

Couldn’t have worded it better than Tiffany & Co, “Celebrate the bright future and trailblazing accomplishments of all graduates with a curated collection of Tiffany designs that stand the test of time.” Give your grad a gift that’ll last a lifetime, and remind them they remind them you are so proud of them.

For the Coffee-loving Grad

The list for move in can seem never-ending, but we all know the one thing that NEEDS to be at the time- coffee maker (ok maybe that is just us, but I know we can’t be the only ones) Keurig mini is a “tiny luxury” and will save your grad from a fortune from those morning Starbuck stops before class.

Moving Out of State Grad

Missing home is something we have all felt every now and then (or all the time), so give your grad a gift of home to take with them to college or onto their next adventure post college. Whether it be the Urban Map Glass or The HomeSick Candle – our go-to for small gifting: UncommonGoods has the perfect item for everyone.

For the Constantly Stressed out Grad

Whether it is leaving the stress of highschool or College- new beginnings can be overwhelming. So why not use this opportunity to show them that taking time for themselves is extremely important during this time of change. The Pampering Kit from Uncommon Goods will surely have their mind at ease (well at least for a little while)

For the “Keep in Touch” Grad

Wherever their next journey takes them, what better gift than their very own personalized stationery. That way they’ll remember to write to you on their adventures out in the world- especially you mom and dad;) Minted has polished, personalized stationery just for you!

For the “struggle to sleep” Grad

Want to get a little more creative in your gift giving? This Bluetooth eye mask is the gift for you! Each grad is different, but this is something that each and every one of them would get a lot of use out of (I know what my next amazon purchase is about to be)

For the Early Riser Grad

Whether they’re early risers OR you’re nervous your kid won’t be able to get up without you there, the Hatch Restore Sound Machine and Alarm clock is the gift they’ll really use! It levels up any alarm clock with sound and light settings to enhance the quality of sleep! (Wish I had one of these in college…)
